Journey timings
We fly to Buenos Aires via Santiago, on the 4th January after an overnight stay in Sydney. Then start our Scenic - Antarctica in Depth on Sunday 7th January, flying to Ushuaia and boarding our cruise on Monday 8th. Two day crossing of the Drake Passage, then cruise the Antarctic Peninsula with Zodiac Landings and options of helicopter flights and submersibles for the next 6 days. Then back to Ushuaia flying to Buenos Aires on January 19. Flights then to Santiago on January 20, back to Sydney on 21st arriving late on the 22nd with a late flight to Perth / Melbourne. Woo hoo, Penguins, Whales, Seals and Birds, snow and ice and cold water, here we come!!
